Hi, I'm Sue — and I've been in love with baking for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood ritual in my grandmother's kitchen has grown into something I never expected: a little cookie business that brings a little joy to people every single day.
Where it all began
Growing up, cookies were more than just a treat in our house — they were a love language. My grandmother had a recipe she never wrote down, measuring everything by feel and memory. I spent years trying to recreate it, tweaking the ratios, testing different chocolates, adjusting the bake time batch after batch until something clicked.
That recipe — refined over countless afternoons and more than a few burnt edges — is the heart of everything SuzieDough makes today. It's not just a cookie. It's a childhood memory I'm sharing with anyone willing to take a bite.

Every cookie at SuzieDough is made in small batches — never mass produced, never frozen, never sitting on a shelf waiting. I bake fresh daily out of my home kitchen in Yuba City, California, which means what you get is as close to straight-out-of-the-oven as it gets.
